Orders and Pricing

Placing an order confirms your details are correct. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or resale, and refund them in full.

Holiday Season

During November and December, order volumes are higher. We aim to dispatch within our usual processing time, but at peak times a short delay is possible. Ordering early is the best way to guarantee delivery before the holidays.

Photos, text, and branding on this site belong to NightSummitX and may not be reused without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
