Getting your gifts home in time

We pack ornaments and glass with extra care, and we keep things moving — especially when the calendar says December.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delicate items are wrapped with extra padding. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your parcel ships.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout by destination and package weight. After dispatch, estimated delivery is:

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2–5 business days, where available

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather, and holiday-season volume may occasionally extend delivery — order early to be safe.

Carriers

We ship through tracked services including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Your tracking link is in the shipping confirmation email.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Cross-border orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees set by your country — these are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in the price.

Address Accuracy

Once an order ships it cannot be redirected. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.

Damaged in Transit

If a gift arrives broken or damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. See our Refund & Return Policy for details — we cover damaged deliveries on our end.
